Protein Muesli

  • 45g Tesco's own muesli

  • 1 scoop of whey protein (any flavour)

  • One cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 handful of blueberries

  • 1 handful of strawberries

Chuck it in and hope method:-

  1. Add almond milk and whey to a protein shaker and mix

  2. Pour muesli into a bowl

  3. Tip with protein shake

  4. Top with strawberries and blueberries or have them on the side

Nutrition: Calories: 368 Protein: 30.4g Carbs: 42.5g Fat: 7.2g
