Egg & Sundried Tomato Pancake Wrap

Ingredients:-

  • 6 egg whites

  • 4 sundried tomatoes

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • 1 wholemeal wrap

  • Coconut oil fry light

Chuck it in and hope method:-

  1. Crack and separate eggs into a bowl and whisk

  2. Place a teaspoon of coconut oil into a frying pan and wait until melted

  3. Add egg whites and sundried tomatoes cook until the ingredients are ready to flip and then flip to the other side.

  4. Take a wholemeal wrap and place this onto a plate.

  5. Add the egg white mix to the wrap which should now resemble something like a pancake.

  6. Place spinach into the pan and wait until wilted.

  7. Top the egg whites with spinach

  8. Roll up the wrap and enjoy.
