6 egg whites
4 sundried tomatoes
1 handful of spinach
1 wholemeal wrap
Coconut oil fry light
Chuck it in and hope method:-
Crack and separate eggs into a bowl and whisk
Place a teaspoon of coconut oil into a frying pan and wait until melted
Add egg whites and sundried tomatoes cook until the ingredients are ready to flip and then flip to the other side.
Take a wholemeal wrap and place this onto a plate.
Add the egg white mix to the wrap which should now resemble something like a pancake.
Place spinach into the pan and wait until wilted.
Top the egg whites with spinach
Roll up the wrap and enjoy.
